Cancellation and Refund Policy

Course Cancellation by Excellence Visions Training and Consultancy (EVTC)
Excellence Visions Training and Consultancy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to unforeseen circumstances. If a course is canceled by us, you will be eligible for a full refund of the course fee or offered the option to transfer your enrollment to a similar course.
Cancellation by User
• Face-to-Face and Live Online Courses: Cancellations requested at least 7 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations requested less than 7 days from the starting date will incur a cancellation fee of [25%] of the course fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 1 day of course start date.
• Recorded Courses: Once a recorded course has been purchased and accessed, no refunds are provided. Refunds may be granted for recorded courses only if you have not accessed the course and request the cancellation within [3 days] of purchase.
Refund Process and Timing
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] or through the designated form on the LMS. Once approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within [10 business days]. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:
• Administrative or enrollment fees, if applicable.
• Payment processing fees are charged by third-party providers (if these apply).
• Any penalties or fees as outlined for late cancellations, as stated above.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in cases where you have accessed a portion of the course or attended certain sessions but must withdraw before completion due to emergency circumstances. These refunds are subject to approval on a case-by-case basis and will be prorated based on the remaining course sessions or materials.
Refund Exceptions for Emergency circumstances
In cases of documented extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical case), EVTC may consider exceptions to the cancellation and refund policy. Requests must be accompanied by supporting documentation, and any approved refunds will be prorated based on course access or attendance.
No-Show Policy
For face-to-face or live online courses, failure to attend without prior notification will be considered a “no-show,” and no refund or transfer will be issued.
Course Transfer Policy
Instead of a refund, you may request a transfer to a future same course or a different course of equivalent value. Transfer requests are subject to availability and approval. A transfer fee may apply for late transfer requests.
Non-Transferable Refunds
Approved refunds are issued solely to the original payment account or cardholder. Refunds cannot be transferred to another individual
Changes to Refund Policy
Excellence Visions Training and Consultancy reserves the right to update or amend this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective for purchases made after the date of the change.
